Today was a terrific day. I was the person of the day. First, in the morning we did our morning work which was about bubble gum. Then we went to music, and we continued watching a video about Seussical. It was pretty good. After that we had P.E. We played line tag, and I was it one time with Gannon. I hadn't played line tag in a while so I felt really exhausted. We also did jump rope. My partners were Emma, Cami, and Riley. We had a lot of fun doing that.
Then we went back to class from music and P.E. We read chapter 18 in Chasing Vermeer. This book is really getting interesting, I really like this book. I wish they made a bigger series of these books. After that we took our pre-dictation test. That wasn' t too hard. Then we went to band. Some people have study hall. When we got back from band we had lunch. For lunch we had tacos. They were really good. Then we had recess, and all of us continued playing with our amazing snow balls. There wasn't enough snow, but we still had a lot of fun.
Next, we did D.O.L. I was the person of the day so I got to do one of the sentences on there. Then we fixed our mystery stories. We may present them tomorrow. I bet all of them are going to be very cool and mysterious. After that we finished By Gum By Golly. We created our graphs. Our bar graphs were all colorful and we also did a line graph.
We graded some papers. I did well. I hope I keep on getting good grades. Finally, we did Day 2 Town Time. Day 2 wasn't a good day for our colony. We lost a lot of points. We lost half of our points twice!! Emma and I did some entertainment for Queen Truby. We did mime. Our colony still survived even though we lost some points. After that some people presented the mystery projects they made. Emma, Rachel, and G.T. presented today. They all were very interesting and they also presented them very, very well. It was the end of the day. We were kind of late, but it's always okay to spend some extra time with Mrs. Truby. This was an awesome day.
